When is 'Spider-Man with the Black Cat' finished?

I just picked up numbers 1-3 of the Spider-Man mini series 'Spider-Man with the Black Cat: The Evil that men do' yesterday and I am completely amazed by the fantastic art work and story line. My comic shop said that the last one(#4)was supposed to be done a few months ago and I was wondering if it's going to be completed any time soon or how I can get my hands on that last issue. Thanks.
