: O.k. who do you think should be cast as the endless?!?!?!?!

I've always thought Jeremy Irons would make a great dream. He's got that tall, slightly cadaverous, pale thing going, plus he's got that FANTASTIC speaking voice. OK, he's a little older, now, than he was when I used to make that assertion, but the neat thing is, that doesn't really matter. :-)
Death... I almost want to say it should be Clare Danes. She's kinda cute & perky, y'know? With that inner core of maturity and responsibility. OK, she'd have to dye her hair or wear a wig, but I think she might do.
Destiny... that's a toughie. I mean, appearances are kinda irrelevant, due to the robe, so it's really all about the voice. Patrick Stewart, perhaps? I'd have said James Earl Jones, but it just seems too easy. ;-)
Despair - if she could play it straight? Roseanne. Oh, come on - tell me you WEREN'T thinking it. LOL! No, I know they can put anyone in any kind of body - think of LeGuizamo in Spawn. Honestly, though, I can't think of anyone I'd like to see in that part.
Desire - the only answer I ever have to this is the exceptionally androgynous actor in Stargate. There may be a better person for the job at this point, but that's just always the person I've seen in this role.
Destruction - I truly adore this character. I'd say I want Ewan McGregor to play it, but I think that's just because I'd love to see an actor I like so much play a character I like so much. Plus, the accent. But he's totally the wrong size for the part; you really need someone more robust for it to work. Right now, the only person who's leaping to mind is Abraham Benrubi, and that's only because we were talking about him the other day. And he doesn't even HAVE an accent.
Del - Another toughie. Angelina Jolie's got the insanity down, but I don't think she exudes the innocence that Del does. I wonder if Alyson Hannigan could pull it off? I'd never thought of that before!
