The cellophane was off for that reason, yes; I'm not an idiot. But that stupid sticker that's always impossible to pull off, causing me to warp part of the cover on half my DVDs, was slit as well. Don't know why, but it was. Mind you, it wasn't OFF; that would have been better - it was just open.
