: I know this is the most cliched question on earth, but if you could meet one living person, who would it be? I'm talking, this is someone you'd love to meet so much that you'd be speechless if you saw them. You don't get to interview them, you don't get to work with them, you don't get to have lunch with them...just a brief meeting.

: Besides Kevin Smith.

: My answer is Thom Yorke of Radiohead. I'd be so humbled by him that I wouldn't know what the hell to say, but he is defenetly top dog on my celeb list. I flip out enough when I see him in concert, but if I got to meet him...oh boy.

would be John Lennon, but of course he's dead. I'm having a hard time trying to think of a living person.. I'll go with another musician and say Buffett.. A friend told me a story recently, bear with me, it's not THAT long:

His aunt and a friend of hers were in a bar, like.. a shitty bar in the keys. I'm talking the kind of bar that has holes in the walls where the weather has ravaged it. They'd been sitting there for a few hours when her friend looks over and whispers.. "Oh my God, that's Jimmy Buffett!" His aunt didn't believe it, she wasn't a huge Buffett fan but her friend wouldn't shut up. She insisted that it was Buffett. So finaly his aunt walks over and says to him, "Excuse me, I'm sorry to bother you but my friend seems to think you're a musician." She said he stuck his hand out, smiled, and said "Hi, I'm Jimmy Buffett."

I would be speechless.. I wouldn't know what to say.. She said they joined him and they talked/drank until about 8 o'clock the next morning.
