Press the "Print Screen" button.
Then open up "Paint" (or a similar program) & 'Paste'. Your pic should show up then.
Then just 'Save As' whatever file name whereever you want to save it in.
Then put that pic on a website somewhere.
Then get the URL for that pic & put that in the "Optional Image URL" option when posting here.
