After the success of my backyard Mallrats performance using brown paper bag puppets (by the way, the topless psychic puppet snagged me $300 on ebay), I've moved on to the next film. This weekend at the Trainwreck playhouse in NYC (go around to the back door and knock four times), I will be giving my one-man performance of Chasing Amy. That's right, just me.
The place is small, so please come early. It can seat almost 20 people. I'll be giving my own artistic interpretation of this play as writer/director/entire cast. I must warn you...there is a nude scene.
So come on and see me this weekend as I perform Chasing Amy the one man play as Holden, Banky, Alyssa, Hooper, Jay, Bob, all the lesbians, and Mongo (Mongo is a character I made up to fill the holes in the story). Tickets are $30, but free with your purchase of any Warm Milk merchandise.
