Heres a tip - If you buy online from the U.S. make sure the seller writes "Gift" on the green import slip on the package,that way you dont pay import tax! some stores might not do it but most do because no body likes paying shitty taxes.
I dont know if this only applies to
certain states or not but it's worth a try next time!
