The murder of two F.B.I agents. Through the freedom of information act, Peltiers lawyer's discovered the FBI had no clue who comitted the crime. Witnesses have also come forward to say the FBI persuaded them to "lie" during his trial. Also the Judge regretted his sentencing of Peltier. However he is not up for parole until 2014, and the court denies his repeted appeals, despite the actual written proof of his unjust trial, a mis trial by any other standards.
