Not quite since the beginning of time for me, but I know what a Rider is, I used to post on the OWB (how we miss you...), and I do think that the polls and caption things are a pointless waste of time and board space, especially as they're usually utterly shit and unimaginative.
But indeed, I gave up complaining as well - after a while, you accept it and move on...
