Actually, a number of celebrities have a problem with pictures of their children being made public. They consider it an invasion of privacy. Personally, I would agree... These two were having dinner -- typically a somewhat private event. If Kevin had dragged them up with him at some panel, then I could understand posting the picture. But two family members of Kevin's sharing a "private" dinner -- that borders on invasion of privacy, even if they were in a McDonalds.

That said, I can't speak for Kevin and whether or not he would approve, but I think it's (as I said) creepy, impolite, and possibly even illegal to publish pictures of minors without parental approval. Kevin may have put Harley in one of his movies, but that was his choice. Would you like it if I started posting pictures of your children (or other loved ones) without your approval?

Again, though, I cannot speak for Kevin.
