not to be too simplistic, but:
1) get a publisher to read your idea and say yes son we will publish this.
2) Find some dumbass with money and publish the damn thing yourself, then convince comic book stores to sell your birdcage liner.
3) win the lottery.
4) Give alot of head to the right people
5) there is no 5 but I was trying to think of a boobie joke, but it didn't work so I'll just say boobie, and everyone will laugh, and we'll call it a post ok?
