: I'm not a morning person ("Oh GOD! I am sooo happy!" at 4:00 AM) But I am not a night person either. I guess if left to my own devices I would be an afternoon person - up at Noon, in bed by Midnight.

: I said in Bed, not necessarily asleep.

Which means that I generally get about 4 hours of sleep a night. I tend to have trouble forcing myself to go to bed before 2am (if I don't have to go to work, I can happily stay up till the sun rises), but I still have to get up at 6:30. Well, if you take the snooze into account, 7am. I'd like to blame this on my ex, in that he worked nights and I fucked my schedule all sorts of up to be able to spend time with him, but the truth is that those are the hours I PREFER to be awake and mobile. I only get up during daylight in order to pay the bills.
I do, however, always try to be in bed before the sun actually rises. There have been times when I'm surprised I didn't get pulled over, racing my way home to beat the sun to bed. You'd think I was a vampire. Come to think of it, my parents used to say I WAS a vampire, for that very reason. And I wasn't even a goth!
Sorry, I'm not very coherent this morning. That'd be because it's... MORNING.
