His name's Ted Raimi. He played the possessed dead old lady in Evil Dead 2, several characters in Army of Darkness, he was on SeaQuest DSV, he was Joxer, he apparently did some voiceovers on Invader Zim (who knew?), he was in Spiderman, and will be in Spiderman 2.
