along with the independent vs. studio question i sort of asked, is there anything you have felt post-mallrats that you weren't able to do in a film when working with a studio, amy obviously was made with a lot of freedom when it came with the cast and what was said in the movie, but i didn't know if anything else had to kind of conform to any of the studios wishes.

: was the story in chasing amy that mewes knows then doesn't know, made to be that way on purpose and why?, cuz i asked that the other day, and people said it was a mistake.

: : hi kevin, hope all is well with you and your family

: : hows mewes?

: : do you think you will ever do a more independent feeling movie in the future, since you have seen to kind of gone back to the studio side?

: : why did the comic mallrats 2: die hard in the mall never happen?

: : were you ever considered to direct good will hunting?

: : along with that question do you think ben or matt would ever work on a rob reiner movie?

: : and is there any movies those two have done that makes you actually embarassed to know them?

: : i read in a recent article that you said yes to the possibility of clerks 2, is that true, and if so, would it be black and white or color?

: : how's the atkins working?

: : any fletch news?

: : and finally, if those weren't bad enough, i was wondering what recognizable actors have auditioned and been close for your past films and did that david guy that was close on brodie ever do anything, also do you know what scorsese film lee auditioned for?
