Only two problems:
1. They made me give them a $100 deposit to check into my room even though my boss had already paid for the room on her credit card. Thought that was odd.
2. The iron in my boss' room was so filthy it burned and stained a huge hole in her suit and they charged her $40 to send it out and clean it (and it came back in the same nasty condition, no apology, nothing).
Other than these minor issues, the Venetian is an excellent place to stay. I'd just suggest that you check your iron if you need to use it! The casino was clean, not horribly crowded and the bar wenches were right there with drinks when you needed them.
All in all, fantastic trip...'cept for the working...thanks for asking!
