Sure, of the two prequels to these movies according to overall domestic grosses, the The Two Towers is beating out The Matirx Reloaded by 62 million bucks (both are in the top 20 of all time).
But people really liked both movies... and of first weekend results Reloaded kicked Two Towers ass by 29 million (both still in the top 20 of all time).
