I'm not really sure how you went into that movie without knowing that there was a final installment that concluded everything...
I knew that there would by a "sequel to the sequel"
I, (and I suspect others) thought that it would be more in the spirit of STARWARS, or LORD OF THE RINGS, where it was not the END of the movie, and the conclusion of the plot that I had to wait six months to see, but rather a legitimate sequel.
Furthermore, THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK, was a seriously action packed flick, you wanted VADER to get his ass kicked, and there was nothing wasted getting there. On the other hand, MATRIX had arbitrary pointless interludes, like the fifteen minutes of rave footage. Make two movies if you must, just make sure they are both tight and that it's necessary. But, please dont include alot of unimportant, orgiastic extra footage just because you want me to have to pay twice to get the whole story, and it's a vehicle for that kind of robbery.
and just becasue Ive gone and gotten started... with that budget, give the ravers shoes. I dont understand why noone was wearing shoes.
