As a new user, and hardcore Kevin Smith fan, I was kinda afraid of pissing off all the internet geeks and fans that probably inhabit this site. So I read all the FAQs regarding the topic in the hopes of finding an answer to something that's been bothering me since I read the Jay and Bob mini-series. But I couldn't find one. So someone tell me. In the second book, Jay is jerking off a male porn start, and he talks about a hardcore porn star who beat him out at some award. Her name was Sylvan Derris. Is she of any relation to Rick Derris? And if so, which of the two of them owns the bus company that Jay and Bob got kicked off? (or the one that Bartleby and Loki rode.)
