I presume you're running Windows of some sort. Go into your Windows folder on your hard drive, select the System folder, and delete it. If Windows gives you fits and doesn't want to delete it, ignore the warning, it's just Gates being a corporate bitch. I hate cookies, they track your habits unnecessarily. And that'll fix you up.
