It's being treated like their relationship is some kind of earth-shattering news on a par with world events.
There has got to be something more interesting about Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck than their relationship.
Like, what they actually do as performers and producers. The trap is that when you become famous, that people want you to believe that your life is your greatest performance. Personality is important because it makes good media, but most people understand the difference between the role and person. Except that gets all turned around in the pages of US WEEKLY.
I mean, who really cares if Justin Timberlake is dating Cameron Diaz. Get your OWN life, people. Stop buying other people's lives and calling it your own.
