I think I'm going to cover the red carpet of the Under the Tuscan Sun premiere.
And then there are the Emmy Awards. And I've got a couple articles to work on, and I need to line up the next 4 OFF THE RADAR subject. I'm so excited, I could pee. EMILY THE STRANGE creators, Beat Film maker Alfred Leslie, Scarlot Harlot (sex worker activist and all around cultural connundrum) and Gus Van Sant.

So working, as usual. Maybe I'll take a hike into the canyon behind my house.
And since I live in San Francisco AND Los Angeles, I have to occasionally shift bases of operation and the tide is flowing back North right now. (I might be in L.A. for a big chunk of November, though.)
I mean, I think it's important that I'm physically in Los Angeles (it certainly has its advantages) but at the same time, a friend of mine always says, "Can't you be one of those people who just PRETENDS like they live in L.A." And then she goes on to point out that Robin Williams lives in San Francisco.
No, unfortunately, I need to let the random chaos of Hollywood have it's way with me. I mean, for the Hollywood stuff I do. Not for all the other stuff I do.
All I do is work. It's very sad. Except that I love what I do.
