I heard a new rating was created for this movie: D for disaster.
Other ratings considered:
L - lameass, but they didn't want to say "ass"
R - for REALLY BAD, but R was alread taken. Also considered for "REFUND", or "RUN" as in "RUN FROM THIS MOVIE"
X - Xtra BAD, but...see R
W - Waste - as in "waste of film"
and the close sencond...
G - as in "Garbage" but the letter G was also already taken...
