: Having 6 days off from work, I managed to go to the movies 4 times as well as watch more then a few dvds. Here is what I thought of the movies.

: 1. Winged Migration: a very touching piece of cinematic documentary. It made me ponder on the fact that even though birds have hollow bones and seem so fragile, they can still travel thousands of miles in all sorts of conditions, risking life and wing.

: 2. Mr. Barrington: an independant film written, directed,and starring a woman from Portland, Maine (where I am now), it reminded me of a darker, sadder version of Drop Dead Fred, with a touch of Paddington Bear. Also, the director/star, Jennifer Nicole Porter, also wrote and performed the score for the movie.
