He's been promising for a long time to leave the board when things just got too stupid around here for him to tolerate. Or, perhaps he is so knee deep into a new project that he is keeping himself away from the board and the subsequent procrastination.
Anyway, I hope its the latter... but I wouldn't blame him if its the former.
