The Vernal Equinox is at 8pm Eastern Standard Time. Technically, the equinox is
when the Sun is 0 degrees Aries, meaning, it has just moved into the constellation
of Aries.

At least that's how the ancients ordered things. We experience the equinox as a
literal day of balance between light and dark and energetically as a day of poise
and stillness carrying us over the threshold into the dark time of they year.
