While the singer emotes reasonably well, his vocal tendencies are annoying. He's either channeling Chris Cornell or Cornell/Dave Matthews. The song structure is also very formulaic, it could play on radio but that hardly means they're "awesome."
And don't attempt your pathetic denigration of my opinion by saying, "You're not a musician, don't know what you're talking about." A) You don't have to be a musician to be a critic (look at *any* music mag) and B) I AM a musician, probably for longer than you've been able to read.
