trying to remember an actor from "Requiem"

does anyone remeber what the actor's name is that plays the person who Harry (Jared Leto) pawns the television off to?

i know i've seen hime before in a movie (and i think he was in a wheelchair, or disfigured in some wierd way) and its really buggin me
