Ben and Jen aren't everywhere. They are in People magazine and entertainment new and things like that. If your world is covered wall to wall with those things, well I feel sorry for you for having to bear such chagrin (is that how you use that word?).
Besides mentions in The Onion and some posts (which most are whiners like you, complaining about how E! won't stop talking about celebrities), I really haven't felt that media bombardment everyone complains about.
