How do I turn on my cookies?

...and don't tell me by treating them to dinner and a strip tease.

Here, AOL is webblocked. I can get to the page via a google cache, but when I enter my password, it just says "please turn your cookies on." Is this something I'd be able to do from my computer?

Is there any (free) way I can access my AOL mail besides going to AOL.com? Or a way to get around the blocker?
