As far as traffic, I don't know what to tell you between Illinois and Jersey. Shouldn't be too bad since the summer beach season has passed. In Red Bank, there's always a decent amount of traffic, but nothing to worry about. Parking is the tricky thing. While on Broad St., there are 2 side streets that bring you to large metered parking lots. I think one street is Wallace, and I'm not sure what the other is named.
I also do not know what parking is like at the bowling alley.
After the bowling party and your 1 hour time, show's over unless you make your own plans.
