i for one am glad that the deleted scenes in donnie darko where just that. i feel the insanity, intensity, and mystery of the film would have suffered if the information would have been fed to you(like it would have if some of the scenes stayed)...i credit that movie for having some of the best scene cutting and editing of most films today...
