first problem is of course the virus...The 2nd problem is it someone elses profile folders. What you need to do is unplug your modem/cable (since most virus' can travel through address books it will save your friends a bunch of trouble) boot up in Safe Mode and log on locally as administrator. Run norton that way. If it still doesn't clean it, copy the infected file over to your profile (while still being logged on as administrator) log out, log in as yourself and run it.
