The only thing I can think of (without having read the script and without the assumption that it has anything to do with the backstory) is that the name really doesn't matter. She's one of those nameless characters, like Clint Eastwood in the Sergio Leone movies. Also, using the old- 70s bleep seemed like another reference that Tarantino used, to sort of get in the 1970s late-night TV mood.
Of course, it could be because of a backstory issue to be cleared up in the second one...but, who knows...

I liked the first death. It surprised the hell out of me.
