Going to Stash bash

This is my first post so i hope I don't sound like a tool... I've tried reading through all the posts for Stash Bash info but after a while I feel I'm turning dyslexic, so I thought I'd post.

I am going to Stash Bash and I'm coming from chicago and flying into Newark. I planned on renting a car to drive to and from the airport and hotel (staying at the HI, I saw the group rates), but I'm not sure if that's necessary. I'm sure there is a shuttle but as far as driving around Red Bank and seeing sights, going to the store, etc. I think a car would be better...but I don't know really where anything is. Anyone have any info on this or could help out? Or maybe want to split costs with me for the car...? please email me at cacathy13@aol.com or reply with any info... I am really looking foreward to this.
