Okay, bear in mind Miramax turned down Lee because of lack of celebrity, so i'm going all out on the star power here:
Fletch - Brad / Adam Sandler
Barbara - Joey L.A. (she went well with Sandler in Big Daddy?)
Alston - Ben Affleck
Cindy - Shannon Elizabeth / Juliette Marquis / Cameron Diaz
Frank - J.K. Simmons (Hey, a fanboy can dream!)
Biff Wilson - Bruce Willis
Jasmine - Yasmine Bleeth
Tom Farleigh - Jason Lee
Stuart Childers - Jeff Anderson / Jason Lee.
Read it quite some time ago, so can't think of any other major characters, and the ones i can think of (Mr & Mrs Habeck, Nancy, Robert, Gomez) i can't think of anyone to play them.
