Westerns. I'm not sure if it's my favorite of all time. Lemme think about that one.....I mean I still like THE WILD BUNCH a helluva lot. I know everyone talks about THE SEARCHERS being classic, and it is, but the ending still bugs me. I mean The Duke was gonna kill the little girl and then he doesn't? That just bothered me so much. Other than that, it was fantastic. The opening and closing shots fucking get me every time. The best part though is the dead Indian underneath the rock that's breathing heavily!!
