Being a lapsed Catholic but holding to my religious guilt as I would a rosery - I find the church and its dogma interesting - funny as hell really, but inspiring when it comes to writing a real and thought-provoking story about a very human vampire. Having been raised in the Catholic faith and gone so far as to study the bible - yup still a funny book, in college, I have even taken character tests and been told that I should have been a nun or some kind of religious teacher.... ha ha ha! If I were to study anything it would be the gospel of st-thomas - the one book banned by the church and the pope as herecy... and yeah I would do it as a big fuck you to that hypocritical and dumb-ass-blind institution called the holy - yeah full of fockin holes, Catholic church!
