-10,000 maniacs. Hey, I was with a really nice, pretty girl, so BACK OFF. Things I remember about it was that the opening band "world party" sucked more than anything else I had ever heard up to that point. Not sure what I would think now though, as my tastes have evolved greatly. I also remember a note in a violin solo that was the loudest thing I had ever heard until the opening shreek/squel/smash sound at a NIN concert in 94. That is still the loudest thing I have ever heard. Well, that doesn't include this droning bass noise in between sets at a TOOL concert that got louder and louder until I felt in danger of shaking apart.
