: we are going for winter break to the Sadona/Phenoix/flag staff area. Never been. My parents think its going heaven. whatever

Since I live in AZ, lemme tell you. Sedona/Flagstaff are the same area. Phoenix is a good 2 hrs away.

Sedona is cool, but really new age/spiritual vibe. Great scenery, RED rocks.

Flagstaff is a normal Mtn town. Home to Northern AZ university. Go snowboard (if they get any snow); or go up to the Grand Canyon. Peronally, I have never been there, and I have lived in this state 13 yrs.

Phoenix is cool. Golf, sports, whatever. Catch a Coyotes hockey game in their brand new arena opening 12/27. Tempe is home to ASU(where I work) and there is always something going on around the school.

Anything else, or more specific, let me know.
