I am incredibly shallow...
my life is filled with nothing, I have never accomplished anything that I once thought was impossible because at that moment I give up and resign myself to the fact that the only thing you accomplish by trying is failure...
as for where my life will take me, well, thats tricky, when I was younger (than the embittered 27 year old I've become) my life was full of dreams and ambition, I also had a strong moral and ethical code but I sold out all my principles and dreams, as I got older I traded them away for a couple of quid here and a couple of quid there until at the end of it I was nothing more than a vacuous shell of my former self, I didn't even notice it was happening to begin with, now I know it all to well...
the universe is filled with many wonders but is also filled with banality and the rotten stench of failure and for the moent at least, I'm happy to wallow in the latter.
