: "Sangui Suga was conceived five years ago on a dew kissed night in October of 1998 to be exact, first coming to its author in the form of a techno colored dream and then, gradually over time the story came forth, pouring from her as heart and soul bleed onto each page."

*When I can't take the time needed to work on the computer, I write longhand with a fountain pen - yeah a montblanc of course! But then I still need a good laptop (as I do not want to be tied to any one room in my house) and a simple writing program. *Word's wrap around text is a constant pain in the ass as I have had to re-lay-out the book with almost every edit...and this being my first book - there were a shitload of edits!

: I kid, I kid. *I have three and all are hyperactive and take Ritalin! I am the one who needs the drugs - not them!

: Why not just type up something in Microsoft word? *It's the wrap around text thing and I don't find the spellcheck that good. I refuse to believe Stephen King, writing "Carrie", was ever thinking "boy, this typewriter sucks. *Actually he did - often, and he hated the trailer he and Tabitha first lived in and all the day-old doughnuts they were forced to eat because they couldn't afford much else.

What I need is a good WRITING PROGRAM,* I know it's not the writing program that is going to make or break my next book, I would just like something simple that makes the process a little easier.

I don't mean to sound spoiled or anything - I know that you will think that I am, but it's my husband that is looking into buying me an Ibook because I have always wanted one, and he looked at quark express because when I tried to have a few copies of my book printed up (50), all the printers wanted the book on cd saved in Qwark...

So again my question still stands; I'm looking for an easy writing program for a Mac.

Christ on a bike! Will you people stop picking on me this morning?
