Sporks!

the other day me and a friend were having a drunken conversation about cutlery (God knows why!) and somehow got to talking about sporks (as you do) and the following:-

if a spork is a combination of spoon and fork, what would a fork and knife combo be called? the same goes for a spoon and knife combo. Anyone out there got any ideas?
