It's a guy by the name of Brad Melhdau. Unfortunately, he doesn't do a tribute album per se but he has covered Radiohead a few times among other folks.
All it took was me remembering that he covered Paranoid Android and viola! I just remember listening to the sound sample at the time and really digging it!
