i was reminded of this idea i had a couple weeks ago when i read that article that was posted about the money-chips planted in your skin.

i think when a child is born, they should either have a vasectomy or get their tubes tied (depending on gender). then when they are old enough to want to produce offspring, they apply for a license to have the operation reversed. but the license isn't just handed out to everybody; you have to take a test and pass. then you are allowed to produce the number of children you applied for (between 1 and 5), after which the operation reversal will be reversed. not only does this help the over population problem, but this also puts a stop to unwanted pregnancies, the entire abortion issue, and most importantly, dumbasses having lots of dumbass bastard kids.
i think i am going to run for governor of michigan.
