Jersey Girl is fine and dandy(I'll be buying extra tickets, just because I'm that kind of fan, and hopefully there'll be another shameless promotion like with Jay & Bob) but I want another goofy comedy that's not full of in-jokes like Strikes Back. While Chasing Amy is my favorite Smith movie, Mallrats is the one I pop in when I want to laugh my ass off. I'm hoping Ranger Danger will be a return to that kind of comedy.

Anyway, if you're still fielding questions, here are a few.

A) You had said that if Jay stayed clean you might reopen the Book, so to speak, for another Askewniverse movie. Now that he apparantly has a major role in Ranger Danger and the Danger Rangers(as it seems he's stayed clean so far[and God Willing will continue to do so]) does that put the kibosh on another Jay & Bob movie?

2) Have you seen R.S.V.P. yet? I was surprised by how good a job Jay did in it. He's not great, but I thought it was the second best performance he's delivered, after his scene in Chasing Amy. It was a pretty fun movie.

III) I've seen you in pictures with Hobbits, so I take it you're a fan of the Lord of the Rings movies. That said, how do you like the Extended Cut of The Two Towers? The Director's Commentary is a neat track, but what's worth the cost alone is the Cast Commentary. Dominick Monaghan and Billy Boyd are as funny as you and Affleck on the Mallrats and Chasing Amy tracks.

D) Ok, this one has been bugging me for about a month now. In Clerks, Dante pulls a Pringles can off of a customer's arm. I think we've all been there with our arms stuck in a Pringles can, but how often does it happen in a convenience store? In your time at Quick-Stop, did you ever actually have anybody eat an entire can of Pringles before leaving, AND get their arm stuck in it reaching for the crumbs?

V) Ok, finally, is there any chance we can see the animation test for the toon? I'm jonesin for my Clerks cartoon fix.

Anyway, thanks for being you. Even when Tarantino delivers such excellent shit as Kill Bill Vol. 1, you still remain my favorite director. Ever since I first identified with Dante and decided to be more like Randal as a result(I don't think I'd ever have taken up swearing at elderly folks in Wal-Mart parking lots if not for Clerks) I've loved your films. You've got a lifelong fan right here.
