science is a leap of faith, and is different for every individual, that is its basic flaw. for example, what if the encyclopedia-thumpers who invented tv had chosen purple and pink instead of black and white for the first television?
stick with religion, its cut and dry and full of immutable truths which can be proven beyond the (multi-colored) shadow of a doubt.
