It's a small gift idea, but there is a video called "The World of Jim Henson" that you can order on Amazon (and most likely a video store). It was a PBS special from 1994-95 and it was an awesome documentry. I wish they would put it on DVD.
Also there is a book called "Jim Henson: The Works" (Chances are he has this being the fan you say he is, but if not, get this)
PS, I have the 15 Time-Life DVD set. I was not aware there were 20. Could you please confirm that it is in fact 20 that he has?
