I started going to the Sam Goody in my hometown which had a great selection. Sam Goody is a good place if you get DVDs once they come out (b/c they're on sale and are the same price as Wal-Mart). Plus, I'd get gift certificates and such for being a replay member.
I agree, normally though, that it is overpriced and sucky.
