I am sure that they would fix you up if you communicated this problem to the Stash. I have all of the inaction figures and opened them all and they're all in good condition.
Except for my Steve-Dave. He kept falling over, so I kept bending his leg a bit, and then it snapped. He still will stand ok, and I wouldn't ask for a refund b/c it WAS my fault... BUT IF YOU GUYS WOULD SEND ME A NEW STEVE-DAVE I WOULD BE YOUR BEST FRIEND!!!
