Oh, there is no guarantee...since I think Word blows and WordPerfect is god.
My laughable advice was to start by shutting down word and opening it back up...and also rebooting. My first solution is to reboot...it's amazing how many problems it seems to solve.
But yeah...I am no computer god...just a girl who at times knows some ins and outs...
